Bring vibrant colour, natural goodness and a delicious tangy crunch to your everyday meals with Tabchilli Beetroot Sauerkraut, an artisanal blend of red cabbage, beetroot and natural sea salt.

Crafted using traditional fermentation methods, Tabchilli Sauerkraut is wildly fermented for at least 3 weeks, allowing its distinctive tangy flavour, earthy sweetness and satisfying crunch to develop naturally. Made with just three simple ingredients, this beautifully ruby-coloured sauerkraut celebrates artisanal craftsmanship and the authentic taste of traditionally fermented vegetables.

Deliciously versatile, its refreshing acidity and crunchy texture make it a wonderful addition to fresh salads, avocado toast, grain bowls, sandwiches and wraps. It also pairs beautifully with grilled meats, gourmet sausages, cold cuts and artisanal cheeses, adding a vibrant contrast of flavour and texture to every bite.
