A great tomato is the foundation of great cooking. Do Gourmet Premium Whole Peeled Tomatoes are hand-selected at peak ripeness from Spain’s sun-drenched growing regions, then carefully peeled and preserved to retain their natural sweetness, vibrant colour and concentrated tomato flavour.
Rich, full-bodied and naturally sweet, these tomatoes deliver a clean, balanced taste without the sharpness or metallic aftertaste often found in ordinary tinned tomatoes. Even the liquid is packed with flavour so make sure to use every drop.
Perfect for slow-cooked tomato sauces, pizza sauce, shakshuka, gazpacho, braises, tomato-based rice dishes and anywhere the quality of your tomato base truly matters.
Why We Love It: Hand-selected Spanish tomatoes • Harvested at peak ripeness • Whole peeled • Naturally sweet & concentrated • No artificial additives or preservatives • Rich, flavourful tomato liquid
