There is tinned tuna, and then there is Espinaler Premium Tuna. Made from carefully selected whole loins rather than flakes or chunks, this is a beautifully refined expression of one of Spain’s most celebrated seafood staples.
The light tuna is line-caught at the peak of the season, then the whole loins are carefully hand-packed and preserved in extra virgin olive oil. Over time, the olive oil enriches the flesh while allowing the tuna’s clean, naturally savoury flavour to shine.
The result is firm yet yielding, succulent and deeply flavourful — a world apart from ordinary supermarket tuna. Naturally rich in protein and omega-3, it brings together exceptional taste, simplicity and quality.
