The Ebro River valley is home to some of Spain’s most celebrated vegetables, and its artichokes are among the finest. Grown in mineral-rich alluvial soil, they develop an exceptional tenderness and delicate, naturally nutty flavour.

Each artichoke heart is carefully hand-prepared, trimmed and cleaned before being gently cooked using traditional artisanal methods. The result is beautifully tender without becoming soft or mushy, with a clean, balanced flavour that is never overly acidic.

Serve them cold as part of an antipasti or charcuterie spread, dress simply with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, add to fresh salads, fold through bomba rice, or warm them gently in Mediterranean stews and vegetable dishes.
