Grilling T-Bone Steak to Perfection:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  • Pat dry room temperature T-Bone steak.

  •  Season generously with salt and pepper.

  •  Grill each side for 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.

  • Rotate steak for grill marks.

  • Aim for internal temp: 55c (medium-rare), 60c (medium).

  •  Remove, and rest a few minutes.

  • Slice and serve for optimal tenderness and flavor.
