Grilling T-Bone Steak to Perfection:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat dry room temperature T-Bone steak.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill each side for 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
- Rotate steak for grill marks.
- Aim for internal temp: 55c (medium-rare), 60c (medium).
- Remove, and rest a few minutes.
- Slice and serve for optimal tenderness and flavor.
