The Australian Black Angus MB2+ Roll Roast offers good flavor, but is not very tender, so it's best cooked slowly with moist heat (braising, stewing, etc). Preparation
1. Preheat the Oven to 165°C.
2. Sear the chuck roll in a hot oven-safe pan with olive oil for a few minutes on each side.
3. Roast the seared chuck roll in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes per 1 kg for medium-rare (adjust cooking time for desired doneness).
4.Rest the roast for 15-20 minutes, then slice and serve.
Serve the sliced chuck roll with your favorite side dishes, with roasted vegetables, or a simple pan gravy.
