Veal Roast Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat & Season: Preheat the oven to (163°C). Rub the veal roast with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
2. Optional Searing:** Sear the roast in a hot skillet briefly for added flavor (optional).
3. Roast: Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan, insert a meat thermometer, and roast until:
- Rare: (49-52°C) - About 20-25 min per 1/2 Kg
- Medium: (60-63°C) - About 30-35 min per 1/2 Kg
4. Rest:Remove from the oven, tent with foil, and rest for 15-20 min to let juices redistribute.
5. Slice & Serve: Carve thin slices and serve with your favorite sides.
