FAB Recommendation for cooking
1. Preheat your grill to high heat, around 230-260°C.
2. Brush both sides of the flank steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. You can also marinate it with your favorite seasoning for added flavor.
3. Place the seasoned flank steak on the hot grill grates. Grill for approximately 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting the time for your preferred doneness.
4. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
5. Slice the rested flank steak across the grain into thin strips and serve.
