FAB Recommendation for the Flanken Ribs 

 

1.Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 165°C.

2. Season the  beef ribs flanken with salt and pepper. You can also add barbecue sauce for extra flavor.

3. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil, sealing them tightly to prevent moisture loss.

4. Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 2 to 2.5 hours or until the ribs are tender.

5. If you want a crispy exterior, you can unwrap the ribs and broil them for a few minutes until they develop a nice crust.

6. Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, and then serve.
